BLOOMFIELD, CT, February 6, 2020 – Duncaster has hired Michael Cairns for the position of Culinary Director. A resident of Niantic, Michael most recently worked in a leadership position for the Compass Group (Morrison Healthcare) at the Yale New Haven Hospital.
Michael brings over 30 years of Dining Management and Culinary experience to Duncaster having worked in Healthcare, Hospitality and Education. Michael has a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, Miami, Florida, and an Associate in Occupational Studies degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
