Coming fresh off our 40th anniversary, 2025 was another successful year for Duncaster, marked by a strong, budget-exceeding occupancy. From the publication of The Duncaster Story: 1984-2024, a labor of love led by our Residents, to the employee retreats at the New Britain Museum of American Art, the year reflected the very best of our community. Guided by our "4 Cs" of Collaboration, Communication, Compassion and Culture, we look ahead to a bright future and a number of exciting capital improvement projects on the horizon.
As we reflect on 2024, we are especially proud to celebrate Duncaster’s 40th anniversary — a milestone that invites us to honor our past while envisioning a bright and evolving future. For four decades, this community has been shaped by people whose dedication, compassion, and vision have made Duncaster a remarkable place to live and work.
The year 2023 was one of remarkable accomplishments for Duncaster. As we navigated the journey toward full occupancy recovery, we also welcomed many new Residents into our community, each contributing to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere that Duncaster is known for.
