The Duncaster Foundation, established in 1994, is a resident-created charitable entity dedicated to enhancing the Duncaster community. It provides vital support through endowments and funds, including the Residents Assistance Fund, which ensures financial security for all residents. Resident generosity has also funded significant capital projects, contributing to the community's exceptional facilities and quality of life.

Throughout Duncaster’s 41-year history, generous resident gifts have supported both the day-to-day operation of our community and provided funding to support extensive capital projects such as the construction of our 5-Star, CMS-rated, skilled nursing center, Caleb Hitchcock; the construction and renovation of our Aquatic & Fitness Center, Terrace Dining Room, Courtyard Café, and Birch Grove.
