Our Foundation

The Duncaster Foundation, established in 1994, is a resident-created charitable entity dedicated to enhancing the Duncaster community. It provides vital support through endowments and funds, including the Residents Assistance Fund, which ensures financial security for all residents. Resident generosity has also funded significant capital projects, contributing to the community's exceptional facilities and quality of life.

Our Fall Community Grants Outreach Program is Now Open!

Attention nonprofit neighbors: Applications are officially open for Duncaster’s Community Outreach Program through October 12.

Twice a year, this mission-based initiative invests in organizations that strengthen the greater Bloomfield community, improve quality of life, and address local needs. Funding is available this fall to support a wide range of initiatives, including programs, services, equipment and other project-related needs. If your nonprofit is making a difference in greater Bloomfield, we invite you to apply and join us in making a positive, lasting impact on the community.

  • The Aquatic & Fitness Center – Supporting wellness and active living.
  • Premier Dining Spaces – Creating vibrant social hubs in the Terrace Dining Room, Courtyard Café and Birch Grove.
